The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets

Visit clients and acquire/ generate business

Finding new & Innovative ways to acquire/ generate business

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

Graduation (minimum for exec. profile)/ Post Graduation or relevant work experience for Manager profile

Experience and working knowledge of various business acquisition

Demonstrable track record ofachieving quota

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience:

Executives 1 2 Years of Experience in Sales (Preferably from EduTech/ Education Industry)

Manager 5 Years of Experience in Sales (Preferably from EduTech/ Education Industry)

Compensation:

Executives 20-25k + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Reimbursements + Leave Encashment

Manager 35-40K + incentives + Medical Insurance + Reimbursements + Leave Encashment
