the candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
responsibilities
• meet and exceed sales targets
• visit clients and acquire/ generate business
• finding new & innovative ways to acquire/ generate business
• successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
qualifications
• graduation (minimum for exec. profile)/ post graduation or relevant work experience for manager profile
• experience and working knowledge of various business acquisition
• demonstrable track record ofachieving quota
• strong written and verbal communication skills
work experience:
executive’s – 1 – 2 years of experience in sales (preferably from edutech/ education industry)
manager – 5 years of experience in sales (preferably from edutech/ education industry)
compensation:
executives – 20-25k + incentives + medical insurance + reimbursements + leave encashment
manager – 35-40k + incentives + medical insurance + reimbursements + leave encashment
