We are looking for Ground Handling Staff in Gurgaon, India. Ideal candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess a keen interest in the aviation field. This role is perfect for those with little to no experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Welcome passengers at check-in counters, help with baggage handling, and ensure a smooth boarding process.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage and transport checked baggage, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded efficiently and accurately.

3. **Aircraft Preparation**: Assist in preparing aircraft for departure by conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring all necessary supplies are onboard.

4. **Communication**: Liaise with flight crew, security staff, and ground control to coordinate smooth operations and address any issues that arise.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and regulations strictly to maintain a safe working environment for staff and passengers.
