logging call received by business users from email/phone/web

hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops.

os support on windows 7, windows 10 & other system software support.

software support on ms office, o365, office automation, anti-virus software & e-mail client(outlook).

providing remote support to the calls logged

configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops

troubleshooting issues related to internet, intranet.

laptop/desktop encryption support.

configuring the printers & resolving print related issues of the users.

support for vpn connectivity support.

escalating and coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.

co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
