Job Description:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads.
Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Event Coordination & Execution:
Work with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.
