key responsibilities

• develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the company’s capital requirements.

• identify, connect, and build strong relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, angel investors, and financial institutions.

• prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to potential investors.

• negotiate deal terms and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.

• collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with business goals and growth plans.

• monitor industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitor funding activities in the fmcg/d2c ecosystem.

• build and maintain a strong investor relations framework for continuous engagement and trust.

• track fundraising performance and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
