Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the company’s capital requirements.

• Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, angel investors, and financial institutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to potential investors.

• Negotiate deal terms and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with business goals and growth plans.

• Monitor industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitor funding activities in the FMCG/D2C ecosystem.

• Build and maintain a strong investor relations framework for continuous engagement and trust.

• Track fundraising performance and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
