Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to potential investors. Negotiate deal terms and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with business goals and growth plans. Monitor industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitor funding activities in the FMCG/D2C ecosystem. Build and maintain a strong investor relations framework for continuous engagement and trust. Track fundraising performance and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
