Greet visitors & students as soon as they arrive and connect them with the concerned team.
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct team.
Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems as required.
Schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries, as and when required.
Bachelor’s degree Required, diploma is also accepted with some college or equivalent experience.
1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, is preferred
Knowledge of MS office, Google spreadsheets and word processing documents required.
Ability to create organized filing system
Experienced in customer service skills and professional phone manner
Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic.
