About the role:

We are seeking a Front office / Tele caller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound / Inbound calls to potential customers, and provide information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to customers.

2. Generate appointments for sales representatives.

3. Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.

4. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

5. Follow up on appointments.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
