Designation - Front-end operations (Client handling role, not into sales)

Job Description -

Attending to new clients

Understanding client tasks and handing them over to the fulfillment team

Ensure on-time delivery of content

Understand and resolve client requests at the earliest

Ensure client retention

Acquire new clients

Help the team meet its organizational targets

Expected joining - Immediate

Working Days - 6 days working

Shift Timings - 8-9 hours (7 am - 4 pm; 1 pm - 10 pm, 10 am - 7 pm). The current requirement is in the night shift

Week off - On a weekday (Sunday is not fixed off)

Retention Bonus - After 18 months of completion

Salary - 18k- 22k in-hand per month

- Upto 24k Gross

Requirement - Typing speed of 32 wpm & Excellent communication skills
