Urgent Requirement For Front Line Manager

We are seeking a Front Line Manager to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will focus on selling life insurance, along with health and general insurance products, primarily emphasizing life insurance.

Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, guiding them in effectively promoting and selling life insurance products. You will be responsible for setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them while ensuring that the team understands the products thoroughly. Daily activities will involve training team members, conducting performance assessments, and providing ongoing support to enhance their skills and boost sales.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and motivate the team. Candidates should also possess solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess sales performance and devise strategies for improvement.
