- **Provide Information:** Offer accurate information about services, programs, or facilities to clients and visitors, ensuring their questions are resolved promptly.

- **Handle Daily Correspondence:** Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communication, ensuring that all correspondence is processed efficiently.
