front desk receptionist (female)
responsibilities:
- keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- greet and welcome guests
- keep updated records and files.
- monitor office expenses and costs.
- take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- handling client invoicing work
- performing other administrative tasks, if required.
requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- familiarity with office machines (. fax, printer etc.)
- proficient in english (oral and written)
- excellent knowledge of ms office (especially excel and word)
- strong communication and people skills
- good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- problem-solving skills
- exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
