Front Desk Executive

Job Description

A leading organisation looking for a Front office executive (Female), holding the Bachelors Degree with one year experience of basic computer knowledge of Ms Office, who can join immediately and serve with our team. FRESHERS ALSO PREFERED.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e., forms and brochures)

Assist in HR/Secretary/Project and Marketing Team in general admin duties to be assigned.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception

desk (monitor logbook)

Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

Requirements

Well Groomed, Presentable, and Confident Speaker

Must be a Graduate

Must have a Knowledge of Excel & Ms Office

Must have Good Communication Skill

Must have knowledge in clerical works

Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Education : Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Any Bachelor Degree, B.C.A, B.Sc
