We are hiring French Bilingual Customer Success Associates to deliver exceptional customer support for a leading global healthcare client. Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support through calls, emails, and chats in French and English.

Resolve customer queries professionally and within defined timelines.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining service quality.

Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and complete follow-up on customer concerns.

Eligibility

Undergraduate or Graduate.

Minimum 6 months of Customer Support experience.

French Language Proficiency - C1 Level (Mandatory).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
