We are looking for Freelance US IT Recruiters to help us with our requirements.Job Type: ContractJob Timing: Flexible (Any time, any hours)Salary: Commissions / Incentives based. No fixed salaryNote: Applicants must have their own laptop/desktop and a good internet connection.Basic training will be provided virtually.Job Description:- Perform end to end recruitment.- Submit candidates based on the requirements mid, senior management, technical or non-technical requirements.- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates via phone / video call.- Interact with candidates on a daily basis.- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and job boards, and internally provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager.- Create your talent pool by uploading the available resources under your ID.- Use LinkedIn and popular job boards to source relevant candidates.- Submit resources with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines.Skills and Qualifications:- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is preferred.- 0-1 year recruitment experience preferred.- Both IT and Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Head hunting experience is preferred.
