Briefing the shortlisted candidates on the opportunity

Final shortlist of candidates

Interview co-ordinations

Handling candidate Joining formalities

Desired skills for the role:

Excellent communication skills – Oral and written

Excellent computer skills – Excel and word

Desired experience – IT Recruitment / IT Skills hiring

Only experienced candidates can apply – Min. 1year experience.

Should have good sourcing knowledge.

Experience in evaluating and assessing candidates.

Salary: 100% Incentive on every successful closure – Very attractive Incentives, we will discuss once your profile is shortlisted.

Allowances: A min fixed amount will be given per month to take care of Telephone and Internet expenses
