about the role
we are looking for experienced freelance recruiters to support volume and lateral hiring for our clients. you will manage recruitment for roles such as sales representatives, telesales executives, customer sales executives, inside sales executives, as well as sales managers and team leaders. this is a performance-driven freelance opportunity with flexible hours and complete ownership of sourcing and candidate management.
key responsibilities
manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume and lateral roles.
source, screen, and shortlist candidates from your own network/database.
coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
attend daily briefings at the beginning (bod) or end (eod) of the day.
compensation
volume hiring: 3,000 per closure (sales representatives, telesales executives, etc.)
lateral hiring: 3% of candidates annual ctc (sales managers, team leaders, etc.)
payment terms: payments released once client clauses are fulfilled (30/45/60/90 days as per client policy)
requirements
minimum 1+ year of proven recruitment experience (mandatory)
strong network/database of candidates (company will not provide data)
ability to handle volume hiring with quick turnaround
comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
immediate joiners preferred
