we are seeking a highly driven and experienced senior sales manager �� franchise sales to spearhead our franchise expansion strategy. the role involves identifying potential investors, driving franchise acquisition, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring revenue targets are met while aligning with the organizational growth objectives.
key responsibilities
franchise development & acquisition
identify, qualify, and secure potential franchise partners in targeted geographies.
develop and implement strategies to expand franchise network in line with company vision.
conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
sales & revenue growth
deliver franchise sales revenue in accordance with agreed targets.
lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize franchise agreements.
ensure profitability metrics and roi benchmarks are met for both partners and the company.
relationship management
build and sustain strong relationships with franchise partners to drive mutual growth.
act as a bridge between the corporate team and franchisees for seamless onboarding.
guide franchise partners in adhering to brand guidelines and operational excellence.
team leadership
lead, mentor, and motivate a team of franchise business development executives.
provide training, set performance goals, and ensure individual and team sales success.
reporting & analysis
track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline metrics to senior leadership.
provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and growth opportunities.
requirements
education: mba/pgdm in sales, marketing, or equivalent preferred.
experience:
8 - 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in franchise sales.
proven track record of achieving and exceeding franchise acquisition targets.
