Linlax Infotech Private Limited is looking forward to recruit experienced professional for Franchise Development Manager role for Educational Service Online Applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Role would be to find franchise for QB365 Brand Services - India's leading Online Application & Learning App for Educational Segment

Franchise Development Manager have to develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tire 2 and tire 3 cities in India and give support to those franchise and business partners.

Duties:

1. Sourcing Franchisee through Cold Calling leads provided.

2. Processing applications.

3. Responding to potential franchisee enquiries.

4. Interviewing and assessing applicants.

5. Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.

6. Responsible for increase sales in all developed franchise and business partners.

7. Responsible to make follow company policy in developed franchise and business partners.

8. Lead a team to develop franchise.

9. Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for the acquisition

10. Someone who have Developed & managed large franchisee partner

11. Design marketing plans for the franchisee before and after launch.

12. Prior Experience in franchise Acquisition for Edtech Sector will be an huge advantage.

13. Must communicate fluently in English, Hindi & Regional Language.

14. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes.

15. Should have prior knowledge in similar field.

16. To build relationships with enquirers & to follow up the leads and discuss the prospects of opening up schools.

17. Identify markets for franchises or need for additional franchises and ascertain conversion possibilities.

18. Responsible for development of franchising opportunities.

Experience : 2 - 5 Years
