Food Recipe Specialist - Masala & Spices

We are hiring a Food Recipe Specialist who can develop, test, and improve different recipes for masalas, spices, and seasoning blends.

The candidate should have good knowledge of Indian spices, regional taste, cooking methods, and recipe standardization.

Key responsibility will be to create new masala formulas, conduct taste trials, improve aroma, color, flavour, and make recipes suitable for commercial production.

Candidate should maintain proper recipe records, ingredient ratios, trial reports, and final approved formulations.

Experience in spices, food R&D, food technology, hotel management, or culinary product development will be preferred.

The person should be creative, practical, detail-oriented, and able to work with production, quality, and packaging teams.
