Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Trainer / Guest Service Associate Trainer

Objective: Deliver theory and practical skills to make underprivileged youth employable in hotels, restaurants, and QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training: Deliver engaging classroom lessons and practical sessions on F&B service, table setting, tray carrying, and guest handling.
Curriculum Execution: Follow DDU-GKY guidelines, prepare daily session plans, and maintain student attendance and assessment records.
Soft Skills & Grooming: Train students in basic spoken English, interview readiness, personal hygiene, and professional workplace behavior.
Assessments: Conduct periodic evaluations, mock interviews, and practical tests to prepare candidates for final certification.
Placement Support: Coordinate with the placement cell to ensure students meet industry standards for job interviews and On-Job Training (OJT).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant F&B service experience in hotels or restaurants, with prior teaching or supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications: Domain certification (such as F&B Service Associate - THC/Q0301) is a strong advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, patience in dealing with rural trainees, and knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
