JOB BRIEF
Support the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including mis en place of service, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment and assist with the preparation of service. Serve guests according to order taken by the senior in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
EDUCATION
Minimum Education: - 12th Pass in any stream.
Technical Education: - Hotel Management Graduate or diploma in hospitality/aviation.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience: - Minimum 1-2years of experience in the F&B Service Department.
No experience required for Trainee and Asst Steward.
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English (Writing and speaking both)
2. IT Skills (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
3. Technically sound and adaptability as a good team player.
