FMCG - Manager Operation and Quality (Dairy Product)

Job Responsibilities: -

Sourcing Strategy to develop quality suppliers

Partnering with a marketing agency for print and digital campaigns and ensuring timely and effective executions of the same

Working with the Sales team for effective marketing and sales

Work with trade marketing to co-ordinate trade activities, in-store executions, on eCommerce to bring to life the brand in the market and online

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.

Bringing proper & effective systems and processes within the Procurement function for better productivity and efficiency.

Having knowledge of quality control for milk product

Analyze workforce requirements, and ensure Plant operating in the most efficient and cost-effective manner

Ensure a 0 waste and 0 loss mindset throughout the facility

Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems & techniques

Knowledge of the industry, quality requirements

Knowledge of all relevant regulations, standards, codes and practices

Knowledge of statutory compliance for oil production and distribution/sale

Experience : 2 - 5 Years
