Understand Customer Requirements and Recommend Suitable Flowers, Colours, and Designs.

Handle Flower Orders Received Through Customers, Phone, Whatsapp, and Social Media.

Properly Cut, Prepare, Store, and Maintain Flowers to Ensure Freshness and Quality.

Manage Flower Wrapping, Gift Packaging, Ribbons, Baskets, and Decorative Materials.

Coordinate with Suppliers for Fresh Flowers and Required Materials.

Maintain Flower Inventory and Monitor Stock Levels.

Supervise Floral Setup and Decoration At Event Venues When Required.

Ensure all Completed Arrangements Meet Quality and Design Standards.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of the Flower Shop/work Area.

Handle Urgent and Last-minute Customer Orders Professionally.

Coordinate with Delivery Staff to Ensure Flowers Reach Customers On Time.
