Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Flight Operations: Ensure that all procedures are followed for safe and efficient flight operations. You will monitor loading and unloading of luggage and handle passenger inquiries.

2. Coordinate with Crew: Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure everyone is informed about schedules and any changes. Teamwork is essential to maintain safety and efficiency.

3. Assist Passengers: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel experience.

4. Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. You will conduct safety checks and briefings to make sure that both crew and passengers are safe at all times.

5. Handle Emergencies: Be prepared to respond to any emergencies that may occur during a flight and implement emergency procedures as necessary.
