We are looking for a dedicated Flight Supervisor based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to oversee and enhance the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with at least a 10th-grade education and offers an exciting chance to begin a career in aviation.

Key responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety by monitoring emergency procedures and safety equipment onboard. You will assist in boarding and de-planing processes, helping to maintain an organized and smooth workflow. Another vital task is to provide excellent customer service by addressing any passenger concerns and ensuring a pleasant flying experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the flight crew and ground staff, ensuring communication is clear and effective during all flight operations. Preparing and maintaining reports on passenger feedback and incidents is also essential for continuous improvement.
