Hiring Fresher - Flight Supervisor - Gaya

We are looking for a Flight Supervisor to join our team in Gaya, India. This full-time position is suitable for freshers who have completed at least 10th grade. As a Flight Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth flight operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Passenger Check-in: Assist passengers during check-in, ensuring they have the necessary documents and information for their flights.

2. Supervise Boarding Process: Ensure that the boarding process runs smoothly by guiding passengers and coordinating with airline staff.

3. Ensure Safety Compliance: Monitor safety protocols and assist in security checks to ensure a safe travel environment for all.

4. Assist with Passenger Queries: Address passenger questions or concerns professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information about flights, delays, or other travel-related matters.

5. Coordinate with Ground Staff: Work closely with ground staff and other team members to ensure all operations are running efficiently.
