Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior leadership role responsible for managing fire protection system projects from initiation to handover. Involves planning, team leadership, client coordination, technical oversight, and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Detection systems across sites

Plan resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget

Ensure adherence to safety standards and fire authority regulations (PMRDA/MIDC)

Supervise preparation of BOQs, billing, material tracking, and documentation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments

Review drawings, lead site teams, and ensure high-quality workmanship

Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire systems

Skills Required:

Strong technical expertise in fire protection systems

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Good understanding of fire norms and compliance requirements
