Job Summary:Senior leadership role responsible for managing fire protection system projects from initiation to handover. Involves planning, team leadership, client coordination, technical oversight, and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and regulatory norms.Key Responsibilities:Lead execution of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Detection systems across sitesPlan resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budgetEnsure adherence to safety standards and fire authority regulations (PMRDA/MIDC)Supervise preparation of BOQs, billing, material tracking, and documentationCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departmentsReview drawings, lead site teams, and ensure high-quality workmanshipOversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire systemsSkills Required:Strong technical expertise in fire protection systemsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS WordExcellent leadership, planning, and communication skillsGood understanding of fire norms and compliance requirements
