we are looking for:

dynamic and stable financial counsellors (preferably female candidates) with strong face-to-face sales experience to work from partner hospitals. this is not a tele-calling or call center role — we need mature professionals who can communicate directly with patients and guide them through financial options at the hospital.

candidate criteria:

• minimum 3 years of relevant field sales or direct sales experience (telecalling, telesales, customer care backgrounds will not be considered)

• minimum age: 25 years

• minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred)

• must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills

• should be comfortable working inside hospitals in a patient-facing role

• must have demonstrated job stability in past roles

• 6-day working week compensation:

ctc: ₹ – ₹4 lpa (based on experience and location)
