We are looking for:

Dynamic and stable Financial Counsellors (preferably female candidates) with strong face-to-face sales experience to work from partner hospitals. This is not a tele-calling or call center role — we need mature professionals who can communicate directly with patients and guide them through financial options at the hospital.

Candidate Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales or direct sales experience (Telecalling, telesales, customer care backgrounds will not be considered)

• Minimum age: 25 years

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills

• Should be comfortable working inside hospitals in a patient-facing role

• Must have demonstrated job stability in past roles

• 6-day working week Compensation:

CTC: ₹ – ₹4 LPA (based on experience and location)
