Job Description: Financial Counsellor Frontline Sales (F2F Only)**Location: **Multiple Openings in GurgaonCompany Overview:Afford Plan is a healthcare financing platform revolutionizing how people access and afford quality medical treatment. We partner with leading hospitals across India to provide patients with easy, affordable installment-based plans for their healthcare needs.We are looking for:Dynamic and stable Financial Counsellors (preferably female candidates) with strong face-to-face sales experience to work from partner hospitals. This is not a tele-calling or call center role we need mature professionals who can communicate directly with patients and guide them through financial options at the hospital.Candidate Criteria: Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales or direct sales experience (Telecalling, telesales, customer care backgrounds will not be considered) Minimum age: 25 years Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills Should be comfortable working inside hospitals in a patient-facing role Must have demonstrated job stability in past roles 6-day working week Compensation:CTC: 3.5 4 LPA (based on experience and location)HR NO 8887667933
