ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Trainer specializing in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and training delivery, coupled with exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver training programs on financial accounting principles, including Tally software utilization and SAP (optional) GST regulations, tax compliance, and other accounting related topics.

Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, manuals, simulations, and e-learning modules, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.

Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and self-paced online courses.

Assess training needs through consultation with finance and accounting professionals, department heads, and management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS

or CA Inter Cleared

Excellent knowledge in Tally and Advanced Excel

Thorough understanding of GST regulations, tax compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards
