Position: Finance Officer / Chief Accountant

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA in finance or or 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant

• Mature enough to help oversee 2 other accountants

• Experienced in budgeting and auditing for NGOs

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software like Tally

• Knowledge of FCRA funds and familiarity with FCRA rules and regulations

• Experience working with teams

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Oriya

• Ability to communicate and present financial reports to the Management

• Ensure proper maintenance of bills and vouchers at the projects/ Dream Center

Salary: Negotiable
