position: finance officer / chief accountant

qualifications and experience:

• mba in finance or or 3 years of experience as a senior accountant

• mature enough to help oversee 2 other accountants

• experienced in budgeting and auditing for ngos

• strong computer skills with proficiency in microsoft office and accounting software like tally

• knowledge of fcra funds and familiarity with fcra rules and regulations

• experience working with teams

• excellent writing and communication skills in english, hindi, and oriya

• ability to communicate and present financial reports to the management

• ensure proper maintenance of bills and vouchers at the projects/ dream center

salary: negotiable
