Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our companys financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Conduct financial analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Manage and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

Support investment activities, risk management, and cost-saving initiatives.

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
