We are hiring a FINANCE EXECUTIVE to join our organization. You will work on business analysis ,Data modeling ,MIS reporting, cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L , CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, Investor deck ,forecastand various models. You should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts in number and presentations using various tools.

Responsibilities:

Good understanding on Finance , month end processes , MIS reporting, data analysis , Variance analysis , Budget, Forecast.

Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L , CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, Investor deck ,forecastand various models)

Understanding of M&A and related documentations

Helping to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion

Market analysis , Industry analysis , Business plan , able to extract data from financials

Good understanding and practical knowledge of Office 365, advance tools like Power BI, Google sheet, AI and Chat GTP.

Preparation of Presentations ,Investor dec, process models, specifications, diagrams, charts ,flowchart

Analysing an organisations large data sets to provide actionable insights

Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends , process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Business Analyst Requirements:

A bachelors degree in Finance /business or related field or an MBA.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting or a related field.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of data management systems
