Finance Analyst

experience: 23 years (immediate joiners preferred)

qualification: graduate/postgraduate (ca inter, cma, bcom, mcom, mba)

manufacturing sector, possessing advanced ms excel skills and hands-on experience in mis reporting. the candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the optimization of our manufacturing operations.

key responsibilities

financial reporting & mis: prepare and present accurate financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely and insightful information for decision-making.

variance analysis: conduct detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.

cost analysis: analyze manufacturing costs, including direct and indirect expenses, to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

budgeting & forecasting: assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with business objectives.

process improvement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.

candidate requirements

technical skills: advanced proficiency in ms excel (including macros, pivot tables, and data analysis). experience with erp systems is an added advantage.

analytical abilities: strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

educational qualification: graduate or postgraduate in finance or related fields. ca inter, cma, bcom, mcom, or mba candidates are preferred.

experience: 23 years in financial analysis within the manufacturing sector. immediate joiners are preferred.
