responsibilities:

- manage and oversee a team of collection agents

- monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching

- set targets and goals for the team and ensure they are met

- handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints

- develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates

- conduct regular team meetings and trainings to ensure team members are up-to-date on policies and procedures

- collaborate with other departments to streamline collection processes

requirements:

- previous experience in a supervisory role in collections or a related field

- strong leadership and communication skills

- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- knowledge of collection laws and regulations

- proficiency in using collection software and tools
