**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Maintenance and Repairs:** Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues with equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

- **Technical Support:** Provide on-site technical support to clients, helping them understand and effectively use the equipment.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of service activities, equipment installations, and customer interactions to track service history and improvements needed.

- **Customer Training:** Train clients on how to use the equipment properly, enhancing their experience and satisfaction with our products.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering () and have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients. A solid understanding of technical equipment and systems is required. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies. Being detail-oriented and having good organizational skills are also important for managing service requests efficiently.
