Field Sales Managers

We need 20 experienced Field Sales Managers to attract new clients. Candidates will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers. Responsibilities:

• Communicating company objectives with prospects.

• Identifying opportunities.

• Ensuring the company objectives are fulfilled on the field.

• Converting opportunities into sales.

• Ensuring a proper presale sop.

• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships

• Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads

• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

• Computer use competency

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven

• Field job: 9AM - 6PM

• Age Limit: 21 - 32

• Any degree

Salary: 20K-35K/Month + incentives
