Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience required: 1-5yrs
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) within the designated area.
Ensure the team meets its targets for order collection, delivery, and timely payment collection.
Identify and unlock new vendor opportunities, expanding the company's vendor base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and customers to drive sales
growth.
Lead and pioneer new projects aimed at increasing sales and market reach within the given
area.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and support to the BDE team.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in managing teams engaged in Field Sales / FMCG Sales / CPG
Sales / Retail Distribution.
Prior experience working with retail shops, distributors, or food & beverage products preferred.
Comfortable with on-ground sales and daily retailer visits.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Delhi NCR retail markets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories.
