Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, an exceptional Sales Executive should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Contacting potential and existing customers in person

Researching prospects and generating leads

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

Building and maintaining a CRM database

Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets

Participating in sales team meetings

Skills Required:

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Candid, Vocal, Honest

Excellent phone and presentation skills

Ability to write and present reports

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred

Previous experience in concept sales, swipe machines or CRM software selling
