responsibilities
travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
develop and sustain long-term relationships with channel partners
generate corporate leads for product sales
collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management
ensure inventory availability at the distributor side
weekly & monthly stock and sales reporting
regular meetings with channel partners to ensure product flow to customers
regular payment follow-up from channel partners to ensure no outstanding receivables
implement company strategies in the marketplace to increase product wise sales
maintain a sales outreach database for each assigned territory
plan routes efficiently to increase productivity
increase net distribution by increasing number of outlets served
qualifications
at least 1-year of field sales experience within the fmcg industry
experience in a regional role
strong networking & communication skills
team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard
