role specification:

• he / she should build and maintain a healthy between the showroom representatives and the customers they interact with.

• ensure that the exchanged vehicles are inspected thoroughly after taking a test ride.

• ensure that the documentation collected from clients are properly examined and handed over to the warehouse admin.

• monthly targets need to be broken down to per day exchanges, which need to be fulfilled.

• all walk-in lead’s data should be captured and submitted to the respective managers by eod.

• to educate and nurture the relationship between themselves and the showroom staff so that competition is eliminated.

• to make sure that their training is attended and utilized to the fullest

• has to attend to the marketing activities that have been assigned to drive sales.

• has to continuously be updated with new sales tools.

• report sales and training numbers through the tools given by company.
