Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad (with potential expansion to other cities) & Bangalore
Experience: 14 years (FMCG/Retail Sales experience preferred)
Compensation: 20- 28 k+ incentives+ Fuel charges
Mandate For Bangalore can speak Kannada ,Hindi & English
For Hyderabad- can speak Telugu ,Hindi & English
Must have own 2 wheeler .
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Visit and manage retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, and potential partner outlets to ensure product placement and visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers.
Ensure proper display of Ovolite products, standees, and other in-store branding materials.
Track and ensure regular stock replenishment at each outlet.
Execute and monitor local promotional activities, sampling, and brand activations.
Generate daily and weekly sales reports and share field insights with the management team.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sales will be an added advantage.
