As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers in and around Tadepalligudem area. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, whether you are just starting your career or have some experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Identify Potential Customers**: Proactively seek out and engage with new clients to expand the customer base. Understand local market trends to target your efforts effectively.

2. **Product Demonstrations**: Present and explain our products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits to encourage purchases.

3. **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, responding promptly to their needs and feedback.

4. **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Regularly update management to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.

5. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales goals, staying motivated and focused to meet your objectives.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of any Degree and possess excellent verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude and determination to succeed in sales are essential. You should be comfortable working independently in the field and have good negotiation skills. Prior experience in sales is a plus, but motivated individuals looking to start their career are also encouraged to apply.
