job purpose:
to drive sales and business growth by visiting potential and existing customers, promoting our beer & coffee dispensing equipment and commercial/plumbing fittings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and service coordination.
key responsibilities:
1. identify, visit, and develop relationships with potential clients including breweries, cafes, restaurants, hotels, bars, and distributors.
2. present and demonstrate beer & coffee dispensing equipment and plumbing fittings to prospective customers.
3. understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
4. negotiate terms of sales and close deals in line with company guidelines.
5. maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, and aftersales) to ensure timely delivery and service.
7. achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
8. collect market feedback and share insights on competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs.
9. maintain accurate records of sales visits, inquiries, and quotations in the crm system.
10. represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
required skills & competencies:
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ability to explain technical products in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
self-motivated and target-oriented.
good time management and territory planning skills.
basic understanding of mechanical/plumbing equipment is an advantage.
qualifications:
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred).
must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
