key responsibilities:
retail channel development:
identify and onboard korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets, beauty stores, and ayurvedic wellness chains.
build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and decision-makers in retail.
spa & wellness partnerships:
onboard korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness centres.
conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
activation & brand visibility:
plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial campaigns.
ensure visibility standards (posm, branding, testers, etc.) are met consistently.
market intelligence:
track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
share field insights with internal teams to optimize strategy.
reporting:
submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation results.
candidate requirements:
35 years of offline sales experience in the beauty/wellness/personal care segment
strong retail/channel partner network in beauty & wellness industry.
proven experience in product onboarding, retail visibility, and field activation.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about beauty & wellness.
willingness to travel
