Key Responsibilities:
Retail Channel Development:
Identify and onboard Korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets, beauty stores, and Ayurvedic wellness chains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and decision-makers in retail.
Spa & Wellness Partnerships:
Onboard Korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness centres.
Conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
Activation & Brand Visibility:
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial campaigns.
Ensure visibility standards (POSM, branding, testers, etc.) are met consistently.
Market Intelligence:
Track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
Share field insights with internal teams to optimize strategy.
Reporting:
Submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation results.
Candidate Requirements:
35 years of offline sales experience in the beauty/wellness/personal care segment
Strong retail/channel partner network in beauty & wellness industry.
Proven experience in product onboarding, retail visibility, and field activation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about beauty & wellness.
Willingness to travel
