Secondary School Freshers For Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward

Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store

owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for

1st Month and /- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and pitch the Shine Points Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

2. Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

3. Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

4. Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

5. Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
