Job Description

we are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executives to join shine projects.

in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shinepoints - reward

points software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. the job involves meeting retail store

owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (free for

1st month and /- per annum after free offer ends)

key responsibilities:

1. meet and pitch the shine points software to retail store owners in your city (any area)

2. achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. over achieve for higher incentives.

3. build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

4. report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

5. work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
