we are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executives to join shinepoints team. in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shinepoints - reward points software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. the job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (free for 1st month and /- per annum after free offer ends)
key responsibilities:
meet and pitch the shinepoints software to retail store owners in your city (any area)
achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary. over achieve for higher incentives.
build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
work mode & timings:
location: any area in your assigned city
work mode: field work, no need to come to the office daily
timings: 9 am 5 pm
working days: monday to saturday (6 days/week)
process: 1 month probation followed by full time employment
eligibility criteria:
education: minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)
experience: freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
languages: good communication skills in regional language and basic english
salary:
12th pass: 3 lpa ctc (approx. 25,000 per month take-home) + incentives
graduate: lpa ctc (approx. 31,000 per month take-home) + incentives
transport allowance 100 per day
