Overview:

The position of B2B SaaS Lead Generation and Closures is crucial for driving revenue growth through identifying and engaging potential clients and ultimately converting leads into customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, effective sales strategies, and strong leadership in driving the sales Responsibilities:

€¢ Develop and implement strategies for B2B SaaS lead generation to bring in a steady flow of potential clients

€¢ Ensure a seamless handoff of closed deals to the account management team

€¢ Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their lead generation and sales skills

€¢ Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with overall marketing efforts

€¢ Participate in industry events to network and generate leads

€¢ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications:

€¢ Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and lead generation

€¢ Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets

€¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

€¢ Strong understanding of CRM software and lead management

€¢ Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
